I like to be on time and take care of the issue at a timely manner so that the customer can move on and take care of other important things. There’s nothing more satisfying to me than seeing a smiling customer when I’m walking out that door.
I have been doing this for about 15 years and I still to this day enjoy solving problems and making my customers happy when it’s all said and done. I always listen to what the customer has to say because that also helps me understand more of what is going on.
