I will offer free plumbing consultant service. Any written estimates there will be a charge to be determine by job.
How did you get started in this business?
I start in a family own business 1977 in Washington DC.

I have done many years of residential customer base and commercial as well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I customer had numerous company out to unstop a main sewer line. We were able to determine the line was broken 20ft from house. We made emergency repair to line and get plumbing drainage system back up and operational so the family could move back into house.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure to get a company the has your best interest a heart. Many company work on commission and it's about the sales.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
May sure this area of work is what they do and how long have they been in business. Make sure the company is license.
