What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer you must first listen to the customer to find out the issue. The customer may not know plumbing language so when explaining and answering questions speak in simple terms. And remember the customer may not know how to explain the problem but they know there is a problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are educated and experienced with over 20 years in the industry. Starting first in apprenticeship school 26 years ago then progressing to journeyman and then to a Master Plumber Gas Fitter. Also, our training includes ABC Craftmasters, PG College and local union 5. Further, we are licensed in Maryland, WSSC, and Virginia.

We have a fixed pricing system with discounts for our seniors, and military.
How did you get started in this business?
I chose to work in this industry because As a plumber I have the task of installing and maintaining systems used for potable (drinking) water, sewage and drainage in plumbing systems. Further, I help to protect the health of society. .

Ask many questions and always seek the a plumber who is licensed and insured.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Am I looking for professional with there licenses and insurance or am I looking for a handyman for cheap fix.
