Beverly is an ASID designer since starting her business ins 2001. Designing homes for Ryan Homes and working with many developers on the West Coast and East Coast as an Associate Design partner. 

Force Majeure Agreement:

In the event either party is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement because of acts of God, strikes, equipment or transmission failure or damage reasonably beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, such party shall not be liable for damages to the other for any damages resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes.

shall be excused from the performance of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that such performance is prevented by force majeure (defined below) and the nonperforming Party promptly provides notice of such prevention to the other Party. Such excuse shall be continued so long as the condition constituting force majeure continues. The Party affected by such force majeure also shall notify the other Party of the anticipated duration of such force majeure, any actions being taken to avoid or minimize its effect after such occurrence, and shall take reasonable efforts to remove the condition constituting such force majeure. For purposes of this Agreement, “force majeure” shall include conditions beyond the control of the Parties, including an act of God, acts of terrorism, voluntary or involuntary compliance with any regulation, law or order of any government, war, acts of war (whether war be declared or not), labor strike or lock-out, civil commotion, epidemic, failure or default of public utilities or common carriers, destruction of production facilities or materials by fire, earthquake, storm or like catastrophe. The payment of invoices due and owing hereunder shall in no event be delayed by the payer because of a force majeure affecting the payer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial Consultation

At the initial client's meeting, a complimentary design consultation takes place to discuss your project. At this time, we will discuss design direction and lifestyle requirements for your new or existing home.

Design Proposal
Based on the initial consultation, we will prepare a proposal that outlines the scope of design services to be performed. The estimate will break down the project by living space.
Letter of Agreement
A written contract will be signed by both parties that will summarize the project scope and cost estimates. This document is created to make sure all parties are aware of the design plan and the costs associated with the different design phases. At this time, we will collect the design retainer outlined in the contract and get started on your design plan.
Design Presentation
The design presentation will provide floor plans, lighting selection, furniture specification, art selection, window covering design and fabric selections, etc.
Project Management & Installation
We take on all the heavy lifting in this phase. We purchase orders with our vendors and sources of supply. Schedule all subcontractor work, track all order acknowledgments, approve cuttings and samples, maintain contact with our manufacturers, oversee all work in our custom workrooms, and coordinate trucking, shipping, and receiving.  We supervise the delivery and installation of all items ordered through us.
This is the day where we ask our clients to leave for the time all the delivery and installation is happening. Our favorite part is once they come back to their new home. Their reaction is priceless!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Beverly is an acclaimed student alumnus from Parson New School and Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Graduating at the top of her class in Residential and Commercial Design. Working for Gensler as a designer and training as a designer from the Gensler design program.

Our Pricing is created to provide the most competitive pricing for our client's projects. Each project pricing is based on the type and timeline of each client's project. We design our pricing around our client's budgets and needs.

How did you get started in this business?

Beverly started designing homes when she was in high-school. Working as an intern for one of the most prestigious design firms in the world Chrtisies International. Beverly's love for interior design grew. Studying with some of the most talented Interior Designers and having a mentor who is the Head Designer and CEO of the British Design Interior Design Counsel.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are grace with wonderful clients and work with Residental and Commercial and Hospitality clients from the East Coast to the West Coast.
