What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do guess estimate, or we visit the house to do a fiscal estimate. By email
We specify what we clean what is not included and what service is an extra charge. By email
If we got the job, we send email confirmation day and time.
On the appointment day, we call 30 minutes before to arrive.
When we arrive, the crew introduce themself, they inspect the house to check for any damage or brokenness.
Duran the cleaning time we need extra time we call the client to let then know what is less and if they approve extra time and charge. if not we do what the client decides what to do when we finish we request to the client to come to inspect before we leave the house and sign the work order for satisfaction job.

10 years of experience in the field. Residential and commercial clean.
