What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free meet and greet. If it looks like a good match we set up schedule for pet care. I stay in touch with pet parents often. If you’re away I send photos and regular updates of your pets to help ease your mind. If I stay in your home I bring all my own food, change linens on my way out and leave the home in good shape. (I’ve been told I leave it better than I found it). I am at your home every minute I can be so your pets won’t get lonely.

How did you get started in this business?
I was constantly caring for people’s pets and didn’t like my office job so started this little company and never looked back
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly kind, as animal lovers generally are. I’m lucky in that way. I’ve become very close to many of my clients outside of work.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Every day when I show up to walk dogs they are excited to see me! This makes me truly happy daily! Dog kisses and tail wags are the best🐾💜😊
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check the references. Make sure it’s a good match by meeting them and see if your pet likes them. Prices vary widely- be sure the plan you set up works for all.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Times available, if meds needed do they have experience giving and understanding dosages, prices and cancellation policies. Ask yourself what you really want from a care giver and be sure they can fulfill your needs.
