What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an appointment with our dispatcher and she will receive the customers information. Once the technician is on the way they will receive a phone call, text message or email with the technician picture and letting them know they are on the way. The technician will arrive in a company lettered van and will have a name badge on for you to verify who he is when he introduces his self to the customer on arrival and then will explain to the customer any problems they found and how to repair any needed repairs with a quote. Once quote has been given to the customer the technician will make the repair if approved by the customer or will email customer quote with findings.
