What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in business for 30 years. All of our techs are licensed with the State of Utah. We are licensed, insured and bonded. We have 20+ field techs with a wide ranging variety of residential and commercial experience and always try to schedule them accoridng to the job type vs their experience.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Our standard rate is $70.00 per man per hour with a 1 hour minimum.

Overtime is $105.00 per man per hour.

We have 24/7 Emergency Service available at our overtime rate plus a $50.00 After Hours Mobilization Charge (or $155.00 minimum after hours for the 1st hour).

What types of customers have you worked with?

Apartment complex, retail chains, homeowners, restaurant chains, office buildings, general contractors, building owners, and property managers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

The guy doing it "on the side" that works as an electrician, may be qualified on paper but he isn't licensed or insured and if anything happens, your insurance won't cover it. Please make sure that you hire someone who is licensed and insured, even if it isn't us, for your safety.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What exactly you want and if you have a budget, what is that budget.
