Im a Montana firefighter... Worked in industrial maintenance.. And currently have my own shop in Provo Utah. I work on everything from prototypes for huge companies to household jobs. On hand i have 3D printers that can print something the size of your dishwasher.. I have a full weld shop.. Auto shop.. And all the necessary tools to do household repairs like electrical... home automation that kinda thing.. Not a good carpenter.. But good with just about everything else. Labor rate. Hourly wage is $50
I will barter for certain items.
Customer pays for any materials purchased for the project.
$.50 per mile charge if my vehicle is used extensively
How did you get started in this business?
I have been helping others for years and feel i can help a lot more.. Kinda been fixing things my whole life so this is natural for me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All walks of life. My favorite have been disabled people needing better accessibility. Ive even made props for YouTube
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I did a vehicle modification for a disabled person.
They haven't driven for 4 years.. I see them almost every week on the road now! They have a real life again
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I don't just have one area.. But my advice would be communicate. Be clear about what you want.
