They were prompt but for as long as he worked on the vent he got out less lint that I did and there was trouble getting him paid which resulted in him getting paid twice. He didnt refund the second payment and I tried to request his refund through Venmo and it went through as a 3rd payment, I finally got the request to go through as a request but still have not received the refund.

Our experience with this company was very disappointing. Not only did we pay 1/2 up front for the installation of 3 fans, the guy kept flaking out on us and was a no-show more often than not. He owes us money and we cannot even get him to pick up his tools. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
