Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to their questions and concerns. We're here to help, not to stress them out. Providing them with options and helping them feel good because they do have options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have received factory certified training and continuing education training from Lennox, Amana, Coleman, American Standard, Rheem, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, DAIKIN, Trane, York, Carrier, Day & Night, Bryant, Payne, Tempstar, Ruud, Mainstream Engineering, Friedrich, Navien, Noritz, Rinnai, and many others
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We utilize a standardized flat rate pricing thru Aptora. They download current prices from local supply houses, using nation labor times ( how long a task should take) and our labor rate for a task, ie. On any given task we'll present to you a price to complete a repair. Let's say for example, a task should take 45 min to complete. The flat rate includes the cost of the part and the labor to install it. If the technician is having some difficulty completing the task, there is no additional cost for that task. If it takes 6 hours to complete, the price is still the same.
How did you get started in this business?

That really open the doors to becoming a journeyman and master technician and culminating in receiving my contractor license from CA and UT
