We are a ten year old Veteran owned Professional Window Cleaning business. We have been VOTED BEST OF DENTON COUNTY in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth TX area seven out of the last eight years. All members of our team have years of experience cleaning windows. Our rates are typically lower than the state average as well which means we provide quality results at a great value for our clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are contacted by a new customer, we typically come out and take a look at the windows needing to be cleaned. We provide a quote based on exterior cleaning only as well as interior and exterior. This is a free visit which gives us the chance to meet and speak directly to the home owner. This time also allows us to inspect the windows for any time of unusual wear and tear or damage that we can bring to the attention of the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three years of architecture school as well as a degree in marketing. I am a veteran of the United States Army with years of experience working in high paced, stressful positions. Before beginning Windows by Will window cleaning, I worked years in Healthcare where I was focused on customer satisfaction and meeting the needs of those we partnered with or cared for during this time. I also, trained for months before beginning my business in professional window cleaning. This time seved me well as we have been Awarded the Best of Denton County for window cleaning numerous times.
