Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first ask details about the move, then we recommend what size of crew is needed for that move and provide a quote. We then book their move, confirm their move 1-2 days prior and call when we are on the way. Once arrived and paperwork is signed, we start the loading process. We then transport the items, then we unload the items and place them exactly where our customers want them. Once the move is completed, payment is made and we thank them for choosing us to be their movers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have tons of years of experience in the moving industry and the training the crew undergoes is in a two-week period before they are completing moves themselves.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We provide both hourly and flat rates with no hidden costs, fees or taxes.
How did you get started in this business?
An opportunity in the moving industry came upon both Timothy and Ray in separate times of their lives and when working in this industry they both fell in love with it. The hard work and the service that gets to be done in it became their passion. They knew this is where God was calling the both of them. One day, by faith, they partnered up and started Almighty Moving Services.
