What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you have called in and booked an appoinment, we will arive at your home. We will do a saftey survey to make sure we understand your home's unique electrical and A/c System. Then before we start any work, we will give you a down to the penny quot for the work we will preform. No guess work, just up front pricing. Once we have completed the work and you are satisified, we complete the paperwork and payment and leave you with a minimual of a 1 year Parts and Labor Warrenty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Dr. Watts Techs are Licenced, Trained in Residential Serivce work and Drug Test and Background checked. We go through extensive training throughout the year to make sure we are aware of all new codes and products in our area.

We use an Up Front Price Guide to help us dertermine the investment of your project before we start the work. We are extrimly competitive in our pricing.
How did you get started in this business?
The owner had his home burn to the ground due to an electrical fire in 1993. He had an electrician out doing work just a few weeks before this happened. After the fire, electrical failure was demed the cause of the fire. He spoke to the electrician about it and was told by the tech, he had notice and outdate breaker box in the closet but because the ower did not ask about a breaker box, he assumed he didn't care and only repaired the plug that he was called out to fix. The fire marshal stated the cause of the fire was a faulty and outdate breaker box. The owner said his people would notified all home owners of any code violations or potential hazards in their home evan if thats not what we were called out to look at. "Techs are profestionals and should always inform the home owner of issues or potitual hazzard". And that is what Dr. Watts does, notifies you of any code violations or potitual hazzards that may exist.
