What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to communicate with our prospective Client over the phone becasue we need to understand basic things from them for example what their needs are, why they need our service and what kind of service they need. Communication is key.
Following our discusion over the phone we schedule a visit to give a quote or an estimate depending of when the job intends to begin. We dont give quote for job thats in research stage instead we give estimate because the cost of materials changes every week.
