Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a little old lady in her eighties call me last night 9/11/18 about 8 pm and said her lights were blinking. I was busy at the time and told her if she could wait until I could come by about 10:30 pm I would be there and she said she would stay up so I could come by. I got there checked things and found that there was a problem with the power coming in from the power company. I called the power company for her and got them dispatched to fix the problem. She asked what she owed and I told her a hug.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say call me. If I can't get to the job call some one from a personal referal. Make sure they have the proper license. You have the right to ask and see the license of any electricain, plumber or a/c worker that hire. If they can't produce a state lic. tell them to leave and do not pay them. They are there illegally. Angie's List is also a good resource.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They can call me with any thing. Sometimes I can fix the problem over the phone and that does not cost them anything.
