Beede AC & Heating

Beede AC & Heating is a family-owned HVAC contractor based in Katy, TX, serving West Houston since 2010. Galen Beede started the company with 1 truck. Today 5 trucks cover Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, Sugar Land, Tomball, Brookshire, Sealy, the Energy Corridor, Memorial, Spring, The Woodlands, and Jersey Village.

We repair and maintain every brand. For replacements, we install American Standard, Trane, Ruud, and LG systems only. We don't install builder-grade equipment.

Our prices:

$99 diagnostic

$109 maintenance for the first system, $59 for each additional system

Free estimates on complete matched systems

3% discount for educators and first responders on all repairs and installations.

We use flat-rate pricing, so you know the price before the work starts. Our techs show you what failed and what it costs to fix. If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we'll tell you.

Phones are answered 24/7. Service hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm. Financing available through Hearth.

Ask about Beede Preferred, our maintenance membership: 2 visits a year per system, a $49 diagnostic, and 10% off residential HVAC services.

We also handle electrical and commercial HVAC.
