What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We compile information about the issue at hand over the phone or email. Then, we send our techs out with the required tools and knowledge to complete the task with the highest level of quality possible. One job is completed we ask that the customer provide some feedback. Then, we follow up and make sure issue resolved is completely understood and not reoccurring.

How did you get started in this business?
As a kid, I would play around in MS-DOS and the 'dir' and grew to want to understand how the computer worked and responded to my entries. Plus, if you seen my resume, you know I was a top performing Service Desk Tech for large organizations, such as, USAA, UHS and City of San Antonio.

Make sure device is not covered under warranty to help save on repair expenses before contacting a local computer repair shop.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Amount to invest in repair should be considered before contacting a pro. Sometimes, replacing the PC with a data transfer is in the best interest of you and your family.
