What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is to meet the customer, I let him to know that I'm like an open book he need to feel very comfortable with me and ask anything that he like to know , I'm sharing with them all the process

I have a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration and economics, I have 15 years of experience with all types of work in renovations and construction, and with a variety of hundreds of clients

How did you get started in this business?
When I was a student I decided to renovate their homes for some teachers from the university, and they recommended me following the results which were very satisfied, from there the way was much easy
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of clients, elderly people, and young people, military personnel, doctors, simple people, people who were meticulous about the whole process, and suspicious people who want a lot of information about every decision in renovation
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
People who wanted to renovate a kitchen, they received very high bids, I gave them a very convenient offer, I helped them in making decisions about the kitchen design and color etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
First of all check integrity, and whether the contractor is clean and tidy, and listen to the answers, whether he gives solutions that help you or his pocket
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long will the work take? Does it include materials? Do you need special cleaning at the end of the work?
