What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
KRE believes each project is unique. Each customer will be contacted on a personal level, thats why we choose to schedule a project manager to met each customer at the site/location where project will take place. So, that we take accurate measurements to create a design & deliver an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
KRE has a full team of trained professionals from Project Managers who are civil engineers, Account Manager, design consultants, all who focus on each and every customer.

Each customer's project varies in price depending on the type : whether it be a complete remodel or window treatments.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Each customers project we believe are equal, KRE respects our clients and can not choose one over the other. It is always a pleasure meeting new customers. The amount of time of each project depends upon what the customer requests. For example: A complete remodel could take 6 weeks- where as Installing window treatments is just a few hours.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Research. Check out the company's website, is the company bonded & secured, What are their credentials, Does the company offer any warranties. Confirm that the company requires a written contract with their customers.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Review there budget, Are they prepared to have work done in or around your home at that current time.
