What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After intraduction I tell advise the customer of my normal rate which is $80.00 for the first hour to cover fuel cost then $70.00 after that for residential. Commercial rates are $80.00 an hour start to finish!
I ask the customer what kinda of problems there having and ask any questions that can help me diagnose the problem in a timely manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the field for over thirty years and and worked on a variety of projects from wiring houses, refinery electrician, shoping centers, grocery stores, thesters and cell phone sites. My experience in mainly in the field with my some class room as well. I have completed my 4 hours of continuing education every year since 1997.

My standard pricing covers most anything. For residential its $80.00 for the first hourand $70.00 an hour for every hour after that during a single visit.
Return visits start over with normal rates depending on reason for return visit.
Long term work rates very.
