Tony kept me in the loop to let me know when his crew would arrive and introduced himself and his crew as we reviewed the work to be done. After evaluating the project plan, Tony raised a concern he had with an alternate solution that would spare me some headaches down the road. He was very patient in explaining the options and while his recommendation was a little more money due to additional materials, he left the decision up to me to proceed. He didnt just do the work and charge me the extra. He made it clear that it would be worth it to spend a little more to fix it the right way and not worry about it in the future. I appreciated that he was looking out for me down the road and gave me the option.
