What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit your home and evaluate the existing hvac equipment.
A heat load is performed to determine the properly sized a.c. system.
Any issues (if there are any) we find with the existing setup are relayed to the homeowner.
A proposal with up to 3 options and upgrades is demonstrated.
Financing is offered and applied for at the home if required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family owned company with over 50 years of experience in the industry.
We have all current licenses and certifications required to work on residential and light commercial equipment.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All of our service pricing is flat-rate. Meaning, if you and your neighbor have the same part break on your ac unit. You will both pay the exact same amount regardless of the time required to replace and source said part.
Our replacement equipment pricing is standard across the board except for the 10% discount we offer to all current and former military, teachers and first responders.
How did you get started in this business?
My family owned a business for over 20 years, so I have been around hvac my entire life. I decided to become licensed myself after working professionally for hvac companies as a sales and general manager.

We service a wide range of customers: Homeowners, Renters, Property Managers, Leasing agents, General Contractors, Facility Maintenance Engineers.

We recently re-branded and created social media profiles to transition and be more in line with modern practices.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions, a catchy jingle and nice commercial are great, but what will that company be able to provide service wise?
There are many companies that can do the work that we do. However, there are not many that can do it the way we do. When replacing an ac system, you are making a commitment to a company and a brand of unit that will last more than a decade. Ask questions and get multiple quotes to decide what is right for you, not what you are told is right.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
HOW LONG WILL I LIVE HERE? We have many options for both long and short term. WHAT AMOUNT OF ENERGY SAVING AM I LOOKING FOR? Again, we have multiple system options that provide a wide range of savings. WHAT OTHER ISSUES DO I HAVE? Air flow to a room? Is one room hotter or colder consistently? Noise? Water Leaks? WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR IN AN HVAC COMPANY? Not all companies are created equal, Chuck in a truck can probably "get your equipment for cheap." There are also high end, large companies who charge substantially more due to overhead costs. Companies like EHA fall right in the middle. We can provide you a fair price, great service, and overall outstanding value.
