What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to schedule an in home consultation in order to give a proper introduction to our company as well as provide the most accurate quote for your project. During this visit we will take pictures and measurements so that we can design the perfect install. Once you have selected your system we will add you to our install calendar. After the install is complete we will schedule a quality assurance check as well as a time for a City Inspector to visit your home to complete the City Inspection (Only in the City Limits).

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We enjoy all of our projects as well as our customers. One that stands out recently, we installed a mini-split system for a couple. Their home was quite unique. It was pretty cool to be invited into their home and to get to know them as the job came to completion. The job really didn't take much time at all. We provided a free in home estimate and the couple hired us the next day. Once the install was scheduled it was all complete in one day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It is important to consider many factors and the lowest bid is not always your best bet. Ask questions. Consider some of the questions listed under What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If you live in City Limits permits should be filed and City Inspections scheduled once work is complete. Ask if this is the company's standard operating procedure. 4. What type of system are you looking for? There are many options for efficiency that will meet your needs. Ask for good, better best options. 5. Always ask for available rebates and specials.
