What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally like to visit the site and talk to the new customer about likes and dislikes, confirm dimensions and then collectively come up with a game plan for the project. At this point, we will begin pricing the job and upon completion of this process, we will supply the customer with a written bid. If the bid is accepted we will then draw up a contract and schedule the work.
