About this pro

We are a mother daughter duo, I am Shayli and my mother is Hillary. We both have experience in pet sitting as this was my moms favorite job when she was a teenager and now i have learned from her and love it too. Both me and my mom love animals, just being around animals brings us happiness. Every job we have done we have done with extensive care doing things extra just to make you satisfied. I want your pet to be comfortable around us and we do that through putting full attention to your pet. It's important to grow bonds and we both know the importance of that.

Having the responsibility of watching someone else's pet is a big deal. Pets bring us joy, pets are shining lights in this world and a lot of people think that way. A lot of people depend on their pet and only want what's best for them. So making sure that you get the best care possible for your pet is the most important to us and we both have always gone out of our way to make sure your pet is in the best care possible

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting to know the customer and what they expect and want from you for there pet is a big part of the process. I and my mother always do our best when introducing ourselves because first impressions leave a lasting imprint on the pet and their owner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My mom in her early teens was a dog sitter, and house sitter. And she has taught me so much when it comes to taking correct care of pets. I am now a teenager and my favorite job on the side is taking care of pets. A lot of people take for granted the " easy money " or " convenience " it brings but it really is a big deal taking care of someone else's pet. We both take pride in making sure you get the right and best care for both you and your pet.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

For us personally it varies from person to person, how many hours we are working, and how much you would like us to do other than watching your pet. We understand needed a service but not having a lot of extra money but at the same time wanting it to be the best care for your pet as possible. so if you need help figuring out a solid price just shoot me a message and i'll be glad to help you figure out something !

How did you get started in this business?

Like i stated before my mother was a pet sitter, and house sitter and it was one of her favorite jobs to do. I am now a teenager and I have learned everything from taking amazing and thorough care of pets to cleaning up their messes to doing extra chores around the house to make our services worth your while.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Me and my mom have both worked with all types of dogs, and we are both comfortable with all breeds of dogs. We take pride in learning about your pet and there daily life's and how we can make our sitting the smoothest as possible

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

They're so many professionals and options these days. My advice to you would be to find someone who really fits you most and you can do that through communication never be afraid to have multiple options. Another tip is to never be scared to ask questions inquiring a service I would love to answer your questions and help you figure out if we could be the best option for you and your pet at this time

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

As the word PROfessional states these people are pros in what they do. Someone may not fit the criteria for all you need at this moment and like i was saying it's okay to have multiple options. Never hold back from anything when hiring someone it's important to fully understand what they are super good at vs. what they are only kind of good at. When it comes to your pet i'm sure you only want what's best !
