What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we have new customers call in with a question or issue they have. We set up a time for one of our trained service technicians to go out and assess the situation and present the customer with the proper repair, or information they are needing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience in the industry. I also carry an EPA license, Railroad commission license for LP, a State of Texas contractors license, and speak Spanish.
How did you get started in this business?
I was introduced to the business by my uncles in the summer of 2000. I've been doing this ever since.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would ask for proof of insurance, TDLR license numbers, years of experience and that all technicians follow all precautions to prevent sharing or spreading COVID-19.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I believe knowing the brand they are interested in helps, the SEER they are looking for, and the accurate square footage of the living space of their home are questions they should think through.
