James and Barbra Barker are the owners of Barker Plumbing LLC. James has been a residential and commercial plumber in Rockwall for over 20 years and a Master Plumber since 2021. James is a native to Rockwall, they have a combined family with five children, two cats named EJ and Bella, and a Blueheeler named Pattie. They enjoy time with their many friends and family. When they get a chance, they head to a baseball game, go out fishing, play catch, playing board games, or playing cards with the family.

How did you get started in this business?
My grandfather and my uncle were Master Plumbers. My grandfather originally started Barker Plumbing. He was one of the first Master Plumbers in Rockwall Texas.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the plumber is licensed and insured! Don't hire a handyman.
