What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I determine what the client needs usually through a visual inspection of the property.i offer them the various if applicable methods for solving their problems and I guarantee all work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had a10 year apprenticeship with an excellent shop in Philadelphia starting in 1981.. the man who trained me was an expert, an irishman who painted for the royal family in England .I completed 7 stages of apprentice, 4 of journeyman, 2 of mechanic, and got my credentials as an expert brushman and stainmaster. Specialties included wrought iron restoration, window repairs, glazing, paint removal/stripping/burning , ladder and scaffold work ,set up, clean outs and many others.
