What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what my customers may need to be repaired or installed and make everything as less stressful for them as I can. & do anything I can to make my customer happy because at the end of the day I need them more than they need
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 yrs in the electrical field as an electrician and my experience involves working in commercial and residential.

Normally we charge $75hr with an 1hr minimum but we realize that typically no two jobs are the same so we strive to get as much detail as possible from every potential job. We prefer to look at the property/project to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers. This allows us to give the best possible price to our customers and never have to add extra costs at the end.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the electrical field as an apprentice working with family, Being an electrician is a proud family business that I am happily passing on.
What types of customers have you worked with?
we work with all types of customers. We do residential or commercial projects and no job is too small. And if you want a electrical company that takes pride in doing a great job for you while staying available to you 24/7 and not treating you like another # of the day then we’re the company you want and we would love to work for you a friend.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Never settle hold the pro to high expectations because if they are good at what they do and care they will rise to the challenge. It's your home and or business and it should be done right and safely.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Just asked questions about what the technician thinks is wrong and what it may take to fix the problem, time frame of work and what kind of warranty they may provide a customer should never have to lower expectations it's there property and time We should always keep our customers in the loop when it comes to there personal space.
