Our pet care professionals are personally selected and trained to give you the best service possible. We love our pet customers and would do anything to ensure their care and safety. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon the first contact, we will set up an appointment for a free consultation. During the consultation, I will meet you and your pets, and answer any questions you may have, and gather all pertinent information regarding the care of your home and pets. Once a service has been agreed on, I will issue an invoice, assign the primary and backup caregivers, schedule the service, and set up a meet and greet with the caregivers if needed. Once in our system, you can request service at any time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our pet care professionals are Pet CPR and First Aid Certified. Many have additional certifications in subjects like Dog Behavior & Training, Animal Psychology, Veterinary Support Assistant, Pet Nutrition, Dog Socialization & Obedience, Senior Pet Care.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our drop-in visits start at 15 minutes and can be as long as several hours. Drop-in visits start at $20 for a 15-minute visit and $5 for each additional 15 minutes.
We offer two types of overnight home and pet sits. With our regular home and pet sit, a pet care provider will stay the night and come and go as if your home and pets are theirs. All walks, potty breaks, feedings, and medication administration are included. With our deluxe home and pet sit, you will have a designated pet care provider who will spend the majority of their time at your home with your pets. They will leave no longer than 2 hours at a time and no more than 4 hours a day. The regular home and pet sit is $125 and the deluxe is $225.
