What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Set Up No Charge Meet & Greet to meet pets & family.  Determine pets needs and visit requirements and schedule visits.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in business since 2008 and have years of experience caring for pets.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Yes, all of our prices are listed on our website.

How did you get started in this business?

In 2008 we used a pet sitter and thought it would be a great thing to do.  Especially, since we have always had pets and love animals.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers that have gerbils, rabbits, geese, dogs, cats, birds and ferrets.  We have owned all of those animals except geeese.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We have many fun events during the day with our animal friends.  There are so many cute and funny things they do that make us smiles everyday.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for someone that your animals are comfortable around & the person is insured.  We carry liability as well as bond insurance.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

We have a full questionnaire to be completed that covers everything from how to care for your home (small things like, garbage, mail, watering plants etc..) to do we need to poop scoop, feeding routines, crating or run loose in house, walks, all things concerning likes or dislikes for the pets so their care is full and complete.
