We are a factory-authorized dealer with extensive knowledge of and experience with heating, air conditioners and heat pumps. Our expert, factory-authorized technicians are EPA certified, fully licensed and insured, and trained on an ongoing basis in the latest air conditioning and heating repair techniques.

Our father in the 1960's - We were raised in this business our whole life from growing up to working, its always been Air Conditioning. Over the years its become our passion well at least 4 out of five brothers the 5th brother chose pest control as a career there's always one black sheep in the family lol.
We enjoy making clients happy by charging fair but honest prices and getting their system cooling or heating again. Whether it's installing a new system or repairing the existing system. The clients always give options and explanations between repair cost and a system. We are in the repair business not just sales. We send out service techs not salesmen. Our goal is to meet the client's needs not sales quotas.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule appointments for the clients at a convent time for them or they can self-book online at www.idealinair.com. They receive a text msg and an email confirmation of their appointment time and date in which they are given a 30 min window for our arrival. We arrive on time 98% of the time and when we are running behind, they are notified so the clients are not left in the dark. All invoicing and payments are done through our app and email or text, we accept Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zell, cash or check.

Service / Repair: We charge a $79 diagnostic and will inform our clients of issues and cost of repair before repairs are made. Our client always knows their cost up front.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Never hire anyone who pays their employees on any type of a commision based pay scale. These companys more often than not push sale sale sale of items not needed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
# 1 lowest price is not the best price you should always consider somewhere in the middle price range it is usually the fairest price lowest bid is ussually having to cut corners in order to make any profit. Highest bid can be twice what it should cost. The bids that are fair will be all close in price and mid range. Always get multiple bids from big and small companies. Never make a deal because of pressure like today only or this price is only good till I leave, those tactics are a sure sign something is not right.
