What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free estimate and consultation prior to beginning a project. We have several monthly programs available ranging from $ 99 per month to $185 per month for weekly services. Service calls are typically $125 per hour but call us first so that we can better discuss solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tim Graham, our General Manager, grew up with the family's pool business. He has worked with the world's largest swimming pool distributor (PoolCorp) and one of the world's largest composite fiberglass swimming pool manufacturers (Leisure Pools.) With more than 25 years of experience, he is well-educated in swimming pool, spa and hot tub mechanics and service.

How did you get started in this business?
We started our business in the Spring of 2020 feeling that there was a need for reliable, trustworthy professionals within the swimming pool, hot tub and spa business who were willing to show up when promised and do reliable work so that families can fully enjoy their backyard paradise.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily work with residential customers but we also accept commercial business including home / vacation rentals, real estate investment properties and hotels/ motels.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We had a family that had purchased some equipment on-line but found that no one was willing to install the equipment for them (since it was not bought through them.) We were happy to do the installation/ replacement for them. It was rather exciting seeing how this couple was so happy about saving money on their equipment and knowing that it was installed correctly.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Call us and ask questions. Learn more about us. Know that we want to earn your business and are willing to demonstrate our knowledge and expertise. Also know that we are your neighbor so we want to do good by you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
We are devoted to not only showing up but being professional about our work. Ask us questions about your pool or hot tub/ spa. We are willing to talk about this with you up front so that we both are on the same page prior to us starting a project. We want to make you happy.
