Living Improvements, founded in 1984 and based in Stafford, Texas, is a residential remodeling and construction company with more than 40 years in operation and over 150 years of cumulative in‑house experience. The company is a registered builder with the State of Texas (Registration No. 1044), a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders Remodelers Council since 1991, and a member of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce since 1988.
