What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sit down for the estimate and talk about what the customer wants then if they accept the terms of the contract we proceed to scheduling a date and time to start
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do everything from plumbing to electrical, jackhammering slabs laying tile installing granite shower valves and tubs
How did you get started in this business?
Got tired of working for people that took advantage of people my company moto is quality work at affordable prices
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers rich ones poor ones middle class I work for anyone that is tired of all the big companies over charging them I enjoy the work I do so there for I put a 110% into all my jobs
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get plenty of quotes and pick someone that you are comfortable with never feel pressured to pick someone remember you have to look at the work that is done
