About
Good question. I could go on to say how we are the primiere cleaning company in the area providing one of a kind service etc....You will find similar statements on many overviews of cleaning companies...i think they tell you what you want to hear....and probably do have good service. As for me, and my business, honestly we are new. Been in business since August of 2018. Although I personally have many many years experience in this industry among others. All involving customer service. From my experience in various fields as well as this one, there was one common denominator that was on the top of the list of importance. THE CUSTOMER....where would we be without the customer? Not in busniess most likely. Customer service is top priority. Without it being the best possible experience for them; nothing else will matter....you could clean wonderfully but you were not happy that day which will affect how the customer values the service being had at that time. You could be happy and clean great but hardly acknowledging the customer except upon arrival and departure....which again have negative results...My point is in order to stand out above the competion, you have to provide a great product/service while also providing great customer service....professional and personable is key. I make sure to not only to service the clients needs with attention to detail as i would my own but to also make sure they know that we see them and hear them...they are not just a check or invoice or payment.....Customers are people too and should be treated like so....Thats how we are different....Give us a try and I personally gaurantee you will not be disappointed

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to find out what services are needed and what the potential clients expectations are. Second, I will arrange a home visit to properly introduce myself and perform a walk-thru of home and address and concerns as well as concerns or questions the potential client may have. Once we have addressed and concerns and determined a price we are both happy with then I will schedule the service appoitment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always worked in customer service in various fields. I also have many years of housekeeping ranging from hotels to hospitals to maid service. I am also registerd with the IRS and licensed and insured
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have a standard pricing list for move out/in make ready. All other services are based on square footage, or by the hour. All prices are subject to change and variable.
How did you get started in this business?
I actually went to culinary school to become a chef. In the meantime I got a job with a small company that provided maid service. I have always been good at cleaning and organizing due to my attention to fine details. As time went on I noticed just how rewarding this line of work was. The fullfilment and satisfaction was astounding. Seeing how pleased and thankful the clients were because of the service they recieved just really made my soul sing. Honestly, the customers experience is more important to me than getting paid. So I decided to start my own business so I could implement alot of different ideas I had.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Multiple types of customers. Different ages and restrictions. Some had mobile disabilities. Some had multiple pets and various kinds of pets. Ive worked with customers that worked from home. Ive also worked with customers that homeschooled their children. Ive done one time customers. Customers with special requests. Ive cleaned for apartment complexes. Etc
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Dont get in a hurry and dont let the price whether low or high be the only thing that determines your choice. Pay attention to the details and ask questions. Look for things in a housekeeper that remind you of yourself. You want an honest dependable person thats capable of providing the best service of course, so dont judge a book by its cover because great things come in small packages. Just because something may cost more doesnt mean its better and vice versa.
