What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule a personal visit to review their project requirements or concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as an Aircraft Electrician in the US Air Force in 1978. I continued in the electrical trade working for several large companies. Now as a licensed electrical contractor we must complete continuing education every year to stay current with National Electric Code changes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For standard service calls we charge a service fee and a one hour minimum fee. We normally give the customer a price on their project after we come out for a free estimate. We are flexible in our pricing depending on the circumstances of the job.
How did you get started in this business?
I was laid off in 2001 and decided to get my electrical contractor license and start my own business.

Residential, commercial and industrial customers.
