What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is gaining the owners trust, so they are sure we will take the best care of their dog/cat. We usually like to get a look at what things we will need to be doing for the animals care and im very on point when it comes to taking care of animals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some training i have is that i volunteered at the Animal Shelter near my area for a couple of months.
How did you get started in this business?
I recently got started in this business because i wanted to do something at home but also being around/doing something I love!
