What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set up an appointment to come see the customer's home, then we thoroughly inspect the attic space to see what all is happening and what work scope is required to bring the home back up to SPEC. Then we discuss it with the customer and then send them a written estimate by email and set up a time and day to come complete the work.
