What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then wor on the job while keeping the coustomer up to date in ever step of the way.With us, there is no guess work.You know exactly whats going on around your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no Pacific degree or course of study required to become a handyman however some in the field choose to pursue Community College courses and diplomas to specific Home Maintenance I expect such remodeling or drywall installation

We realize that typically no two jobs are the same so we strive to get as much detail as possible from every potential job we prefer to look at the property / projects to ascertain what exactly is entitled to achieve the best and results for our customers this allows to give the best possible price to our customers and never have to add extra cost at the end
How did you get started in this business?
I started my business back in 2015 only because I knew one day I'd be my own boss I didn't really like taking orders from other people i always want my own handyman company and i got it now im just trying to be successful in my City so i can be able to Move my business to City to City with no problems i want me and my team to get others to come join me and my other team and work hand to hand to make thiswork i know that there is a lot of work outthereand well i need for survival how the world is going know i now i can succeed and that any thing is possible
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many people some in the some with big project and some with some projects some for different apps that i have payed more money then i should have that promised me a good outcome and failed like home advisor, dex yp. Realtors and more hud banks
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I just recently did an event that iam found of i was doing a fence job and was very pleased with the out come i had a very satisfying customer but what got me was the space and the level of the ground where i had to do the project but it was well worth it as i worked my way around everything was neat and well put together so yes my work ethic skills be on point imnot tryto brag or toot my own horn but beep beep Ant No Job To Big Or To Small ThatI Can't Handle
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We would tell them to look at stablish your friendship with whoever it is you will give your business to make sure that they are responsive to your phone calls and emails there is nothing more frustrating than working with the contractor that you can't ever seem to reach we realized this and work hard to ensure that you feel like only our customers. and while we realize that this is a business agreement we want to take stress and tension off the equation and build a friendship throughout the process
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. Are you licensed? Depending on the state i live in
2. Are u insured or bonded? ( General liability ect.)
3. References from previous customers that you have that you can either talk with or see the work in oerson
4.Check the Better Business in your area. Sometimes the contractor will have complaints/compliments if complaints Read Them!!!!!!!!!!
5.Ask about budgets from previous jobs .i.e met or went over budget?
