I had a 20 Year old system...it finally went out...it got hot fast. I called Citywide and they arrived in less than 2 hours. I reached out to 4 HVAC companies...Citywide picked up the phone and arrived so fast. Very Professional. They are so kind and added in so many extras.....I went with them after they submitted the proposal. Joe is a outstanding salemen. Accurate and to the point. NEVER HEARD OF A HEAT LOAD. Two other well known companies arrived and threw a huge number down. Joe took the time to size the unit to the house. He checked for all safety updates that needed to be done. He determined our returns were inadequate and our furnace needed more airflow. For 15 Years we never knew that. I ALWAYS THOUGHT I NEEDED TO MOVE UP A TON. We simply needed more return air. Joe explained everything in detail. Crew arrived an hour later and the equipment was installed in less than 4 hours. Wonderful experience.

On Friday, June 25, 2021, we requested a quote from Citywide Services for a complete air conditioning system. Within a couple of hours, Ray Moreno came to our home for that purpose. Although it was extremely hot in our house because our system had completely failed, he patiently listened to our desires and concerns, carefully explained what was needed and how it worked, and answered all our questions. He was very polite and very professional. Within an hour after Ray left our home, his crew arrived to install our new AC system. They were also very polite and professional and incredibly careful removing the old parts from the attic and replacing the new parts. We were pleased with the service and excited about the promptness extended to us. We received a follow-up telephone call from Ray the day after the installation of our new system and the day after that inquiring if we were pleased with the AC system and asking if we had any questions. We are completely happy. We feel that the price quoted was fair and we highly recommend Citywide Services and Ray Moreno to anyone needing to replace your AC system.

They respond very fast. After all the paperwork was completed the install crew arrived about one hour later. They were also very polite and professional. House was very hot...that is not the case anymore.
They are affordable and installed 16 SEER Carrier for less than I was quoted for Builder Grade 14 SEER.
Class act. Great Warranty as well.

My 14 year old A/C was on it's last legs and needed replacing. I got multiple quotes and ended up going with Citywide. They did the installation same day. I have a townhome with limited yard access and they ended up having to go through my backyard. When it wouldn't fit through the fence door, the guys didn't skip a beat and went to work to remove the door and get it in. They put everything back together after. Excellent job and competitive pricing with the best warranty and service package out of all the estimates I got. Would definitely recommend!
