Brecker Realty Development is a family owned and operated by David and Michelle Brecker. Founded in September 2013, originally with the intentions of bringing in extra income during the holiday season, Brecker Realty Development quickly turned into a booming business just a year later! David and Michelle take great pride in completing the work in-house, versus hiring subcontractors. One of the owners will be on the job site at all times to ensure the highest level of workmanship and an unparalleled level of reliable communication--if issues arise, they’re addressed before they escalate into problems.
David Brecker proudly takes the role as Lead Contractor. With over 20 years of experience in various fields of construction, including, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. David takes great pride in his work, and won’t stop until the job is done--and done right! David is currently working towards his Bachelor’s degree at Prairie View A&M in Business Information Systems. He thoroughly enjoys working with his hands, taking an idea, and transforming it into reality! Whether it is a small job or an entire house.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple depending on the project type. Our preferred method, is to meet the client at the project site, to determine to the scope. Once determined, we select a time for client to select materials at our showroom, or their selected store so we can input correct and accurate pricing into our estimate. Then we will have our completed bid/estimate to the customer within 12 hours unless we need to obtain special order pricing inwhich the customer will be notified the bid will take slightly longer. If the bid is accepted the customer signs our estimate/contract with our standard terms, and we set a date to start the project based on customer's schedule, and material availabilty. Once complete, we ask our customers to review the process so we can better serve them and our future customers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Here at Brecker Realty Development, our customer base varies from home owners, to realtors, to investors, to developers. We do handyman jobs for clients we have worked with for over 10 years, to complete new constuction home for developers who have viewed us working on other jobs. We have experience working with insurance adjustors to make sure your claim is processed correctly and they cover all items needed.
