What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out take a look at the project and discuss with the customer any details or questions they might have . I like to let the customer know the problem and the solution's. So everyone is on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a journeyman trade in plumbing. I am certified to run gas and water. I am also zurnpex certified. I have worked in construction all my life from heavy equipment to home remodeling.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Depending on the size of the project . But I like to stay around $30 an hour .
How did you get started in this business?
I grew up working in construction with my father. We worked together from the time I can remember .
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly residential and some commercial.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A bathroom remodel . The customer chose a beautiful tile .
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Decide if you would like to purchase the materials required for the project or would they prefer the contractor to put it on the bid . And no matter how repetitive it might seem don't be afraid to ask as many questions as possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Schedule and materials . Ask any questions necessary.
