What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet up and introduce myself to the owner and their animal. To make sure the owner and animal is comfortable with me. Make sure I know their rules and any special needs for their animal. Confirm they have my number for contact and update purposes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 dogs, a cat, 2 snails, and a gecko. I have watched dogs for neighbors and family.

What types of customers have you worked with?
All family and friends so far I would love to expand that circle and become more known around my area as a trusted pet sitter
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are safe and will treat your animal right. Have their number to contact them and notify them of any special needs you may have for your pet.
