Big D Pools
About
Our goal is ensure you have the best outdoor living area that will fit your budget. We ensure your pool and outdoor living area is built to withstand the test of time. We exceed best practices in construction. Everything we build is in anticipation of decades of continued use. Our in-house craftsmen are amongst the best in Dallas. Feel free to ask us to visit current or previous jobsites to take a look at our attention to detail.
We love watching the design process unfold during construction. We spend a lot of time designing the pool before we ever break ground and the transformation is always jaw dropping. We take sincere comfort knowing that your project is being built to withstand the expansive Texas clay soil. Ask about our accreditations and credentials from Watershape University and Genesis3.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will request a survey for the property and get some ideas on what the backyard area is going to be used for. Once we have some of those details, we will quickly go to the design phase and have a zoom call with the client to make changes and finalize the design so we can begin pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No.
How did you get started in this business?
Had a bad experience with building our own pool 20 years ago. It cracked in a couple areas and had bad drainage within the first year. We set out to figure out what caused the issues and began our journey down becoming a master pool builder many years later.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Research and ask questions. Unfortunately, without being an expert in the field, you won't know what questions to ask. Building a vessel that holds water is far more difficult than any residential structure such as a house.
