However, Jim from Plumb Masters was able to address my water heated problem very quickly. He was able to come over the same day as I first contacted him. He arrived at about 6 on a Friday afternoon to disassemble the heater and clear out some drywall that had gotten soaked. We let the area dry overnight and he was back early the next day to finish the installation, which included filling in the exposed walls with cement boards.
