I have learned the path to a issue free project is the absolute clarification of expectations, time to complete, price and the potential for additional costs, and quality of the parts and pieces so that their are no surprises. This is a requirement and it does allow for my company to stand out from the pack, I personally, love the ability to take the ideas and drea me of a couple, in the act of adding a major project result to their homestead. The path from ideas and desires to engineering and design, to negotiating a reasonable price, then signing that agreement, setting me loose, to acquire permits and command logistics of required material...
