FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Finding out what their projects are and giving advice and a process in which we can do this usually I will buy all the materials and they can just reimburse me at the end of the project

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified for most installing windows garage doors hardy board siding and lots of others

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

It really depends on the type of job that I do some more technical than others typically smaller jobs are done by the hour  are usually charge $100 for the first hour $60 an hour after that I have found that I have been doing this so long that it is faster and easier for me to do your projects and most projects are under the first hour

How did you get started in this business?

I am a third generation general contractor I worked with my grandpa my dad and my uncle we done several different projects together usually building a house from the concrete to the roof and all points in between  I have also been an insurance adjuster a project manager for the Texas motor Speedway  and I’ve had my own business for several years

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types from residential to commercial

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure that they are qualified and what they do do not give money upfront inspect their work before any transactions can be done customers have to be satisfied you don’t want someone to come in as the lowest bid and do the lowest  Quality job that they could do you will not be happy and will usually end up spending  more money and time
