I started plumbing in 2010 and have experience in service, new install, commercial mechanical hydronic system installation, service, and repair. I have wide knowledge of Plumbing from underground installation to setting fixtures. The chief complaint towards me while he went through my apprenticeship was that I took too long completing projects because I wanted it to look perfect. 10 years later and those complaints have turned into compliments. I take pride in my work, I'm very dependable, and I finish in a timely manner. I don't overcharge like your everyday Plumbing company, I understand plumbing emergencies are always least expected and I aim to help, not take advantage of my customers. I'm just starting out and need to build a name for myself. Give me a chance to prove myself😁

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and find common ground for good conversation in between working hours so it feels like you're talking to a friend as opposed to a strange contractor. I look at the scope of work, and list options for the customer. I'm not trying to become rich and I want to leave a customer satisfied so I'll give a material list, prove what the material would cost me, and then I would give you a bid on the labor. I don't mark up material and I definitely don't overcharge
